APM Property Management Pte. Ltd. (“APM”) is the Group’s property management arm and a unit of the real estate management services business division*. APM’s team of experienced real estate professionals provides property management services for Suntec REIT’s Suntec City portfolio, comprising approximately 1.3 million square feet of prime office space and over 800,000 square feet of retail space. APM is also the managing agent of the Management Corporation Strata Title Plan No. 2179, responsible for the management and maintenance of the common property of the Suntec City integrated complex.
