The AAIF is an open-ended specialist equity fund with an objective to generate superior long-term returns by investing in a portfolio of primarily listed equity securities in asset-intensive growth sectors in the Asia Pacific region, including REITs and listed infrastructure and utilities trusts. The AAIS is marketed to global institutional investors and has grown to a fund size of more than US$50 million as at end of 2007.
