Park Mall - an integrated office, lifestyle and home furnishing mall situated within the Orchard Road shopping belt.
Chijmes - a premier retail and dining establishment nestled in the heart of Singapore’s Civic and Cultural District and winner of numerous awards including the UNESCO Award for Cultural Heritage Conservation.
One Raffles Quay - a prime landmark commercial development situated within the new Business Financial Centre in the Marina Bay precinct with direct accessibility to the Raffles Place MRT Station, a key interchange station in the heart of Singapore’s Central Business District. It is also accessible via the future Downtown MRT Station, along the new Downtown line which will be operational around 2013. Suntec REIT acquired a one-third interest in One Raffles Quay on 31 October 2007.
MBFC Properties – a prime landmark commercial development consisting of two office towers and a subterranean mall, strategically located in the heart of the Marina Bay precinct with accessibility to Raffles Place MRT Station and Marina Bay MRT Station. It will also be directly connected to the future Downtown MRT Station. Suntec REIT acquired a one-third interest in MBFC Properties on 9 Dec 2010.
Suntec REIT also holds a 60.8% interest in the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
